Detailed Proposal:

  In this approach KOTSONIT will identify the suitable resources based on the Job Description.
  First phase of selection process is done by KOTSONIT HR Team through a Written Technical Test and a personal interview. Resources will be classified based on their experience and expertise in the required skill set.
  KOTSONIT elite team of experience training faculty will provide Technical Gap Fulfillment training for the people who are already trained with good communication skills.
  Once training process is done, KOTSONIT HR will go through another round of Technical Test and Technical interview to filter the skilled candidates.
  Selected candidates will go through a technical project in their concerned technology by our experienced KOTSONIT Technical Team.
  Once the project is finished candidates will go through final round of Client -Technical Test and Technical Interview and once selected, we consider them as final.
  All the finalized candidates will be placed at Client location.
